You agree to actively participate in sessions and provide honest feedback to ensure optimal results.

2. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of signing the contract to secure your booking.

Payment terms for additional services or packages will be outlined in the agreement.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel services within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (excluding the deposit).

I reserve the right to cancel or withdraw services at any time, at my sole discretion.

4. Privacy and Anonymity

All sessions are confidential, and your identity will remain anonymous.

Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes with your consent.

5. Behavioral Expectations

You agree to refrain from unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, spam, or other disruptive actions.

Violations may result in the termination of services without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and materials provided during coaching sessions are my intellectual property.

Without written consent, they may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially.

7. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to work with clients of my choosing and to terminate services at any time for any reason.
